Property Management Addendum

The goal of this program is to reduce your risk as a landlord by helping you maximize the income from your rental unit(s). At the same time, likely increasing the value of your unit(s) through an excellent maintenance program and solid rent roll.

In addition to the terms of the property management agreement, rental units in this program will:

• Meet minimum health, safety, and condition requirements.
• Have repairs performed by FPM preferred crew(s).
• Be a part of the furnace maintenance and inspection plan. 
• Automatically have rental rates adjusted following an agreed schedule.

Payout schedule timing and coverage is available by request.
